  • Create a long list of potential candidates based on relevant skills experience with the goal of providing a diverse range of profiles for the client to consider

Screening and selection

  • Approach potential candidates through proactive headhunting and referrals
  • Through regular communication, we provide market feedback to ensure we are fully aligned throughout the search
  • Conduct in depth competency-based interviews with selected candidates to assess technical competence, soft skills and cultural fit

Shortlist and client interviews

  • Present shortlist of most qualified candidates complete with in depth written analysis of skills and cultural fit
  • Work in partnership with our client to manage the interview process.

Offer management and onboarding

  • Once a preferred candidate(s) has been identified conduct thorough background and reference checks
  • Support throughout the offer and onboarding process to ensure smooth transition

Debrief and review of search strategy

  • Once onboarding has been completed, we will arrange periodic follow ups with the client and candidate to ensure the transition has gone smoothly and to review and improve our search process
